Sustainability Agenda
As a global leader in the innovative design of virtual reality and mobile phones, HTC recognizes that by minimizing the environmental impact of our manufacturing processes, we and our wider consumers, can make a contribution to the well-being of our planet.
To this end, HTC has set up a “Sustainable Agenda” from five aspects: “a sustainable environment, design, processes, product, and supply chains” we have put this concept of environmental sustainability into action, have positive control, and are reducing the impact of our operations on the natural environment.
HTC ESH Policy
HTC strives to provide a safe and healthy working atmosphere for all of our employees while adhering to sustainability best practices which protect our environment. In line with international standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064-1, and ISO 50001, we establish comprehensive standards for occupational safety & health, environmental protection, greenhouse gas inventory, and energy management, all of which are validated and verified through external third-party audits. We develop relevant policies and objectives that mandate the execution of corresponding management practices and advocacy within the organization. We also systematize our management efforts and integrate them into daily operations, aiming to enhance our overall capacity for occupational safety & health management and environmental protection practices.
